Job Description
1. Operating instruments and equipment in accordance with the company's established standard operating procedures, carrying out 293T/293T-F cell culture and slow virus carrier packaging, concentration purification and other related research experiments and production work;
2. Record the production process of slow virus products research and clinical slow virus products in accordance with the company's established quality management requirements;
3. To assist the company in the declaration of research and development projects, the development and optimization of the slow virus carrier preparation process and purification and concentration process;
4. To understand and track new advances in virus purification research related to the declaration of new drug therapy in cells, and to provide feasibility advice to the company;
5. Complete other work arranged by the company.
Job Requirements
1. Cell biology, immunology and other related majors, undergraduate and above;
2. Has a wealth of experience in cell culture, especially in cell factory operation experience, with bioreactor culture cell and method development capacity priority;
3. Experience in the practical operation of virus amplification and cell culture, and experience in research and development of slow virus production/purification process is preferred;
4. Be familiar with the relevant professional knowledge and skills, english professional literature search reading ability;
5. CAR-T or TCR-T research and development or production experience is preferred.
