Industry Applications
Marine instrumentation has a wide and important application in the shipbuilding industry.
Boiler
Pressure instrument is indispensable in boiler operation. It monitors the pressure inside the boiler in real time to ensure that the pressure is in a safe and appropriate range, and prevents the danger of explosion caused by too high pressure, or the thermal efficiency affected by too low pressure. The temperature meter is also critical to accurately measure the water temperature or steam temperature in the boiler to ensure the stability of the heating process and the effective use of energy.
Metallurgy
Pressure instruments are used to monitor the pressure in metallurgical equipment, such as blast furnaces and converters, to ensure production safety and process stability. The flow meter accurately measures and controls the flow of various fluid media, such as gas, liquid metal, etc., and optimizes the production process.
Electricity
The power quality analyzer is used to monitor the power quality of the power system, ensure the stability and sine wave of voltage and current, ensure the normal operation of power equipment, and reduce equipment damage and production interruption caused by power quality problems.
Chemical
In the production process, the temperature meter accurately measures the reaction temperature to ensure that the chemical reaction is carried out under suitable conditions to improve product quality and yield. The pressure meter monitors the pressure of equipment and pipelines in real time to prevent safety accidents caused by too high or too low pressure. The flow meter accurately controls the flow of raw materials and products to ensure the continuity and stability of production.
Oil
In the field of exploration, high-precision seismic instruments help determine the location and structure of underground reservoirs by detecting seismic waves, and provide basic data for mining decisions. Logging instruments go deep into the well to measure various physical properties of the formation and evaluate the oil and gas potential of the reservoir.
