Job Description:
1, responsible for the product, intermediate product cell culture work;
2, responsible for the product, intermediate product cell detection work;
3. Complete post SOP, draft verification scheme, etc;
4. Maintenance and maintenance of relevant instruments and equipment.
5. Other things assigned by the leader.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in cell biology, immunology and other related majors, familiar with antibody drugs, tumor biology and other related knowledge.
2. Proficient in cell culture, PBMC separation and culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell killing and other experimental methods, can independently design and complete experiments according to the purpose.
3, familiar with EXCEL,flowjo and other software for data analysis.
4. Good literature collection and reading ability.
5. Work actively, with strong sense of responsibility and team consciousness.
6. Experience in methodology validation of pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
