Responsibilities
1. Carry out plasmid production according to SOP related to plasmid product production, including the establishment and verification of seed bank, collection of fermentation bacteria, lysis, concentration and purification, product storage, etc;
2. Assist the workshop director to design, optimize, carry out and verify the concentration and purification process optimization scheme of plasmid products;
3. Assist the workshop director in the daily work management of the plasmid production workshop, including but not limited to the filling of relevant records, the maintenance of the workplace environment and the disposal of garbage and waste;
4. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microbiology, molecular biology, genetic engineering;
2. Familiar with GMP management standard, molecular biology related workers are preferred;
3. Good English reading ability, strong thinking ability and scientific research ability;
4. Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, work actively, good at communication and team spirit.
