Job Description:

1. Responsible for the construction of lentivirus vector, primer design, PCR, skilled use of molecular cloning software such as DNAMAN, SnapGene, PrimerPremer5 and other software, the sequencing verification results and sequence analysis;

2. Responsible for daily cell culture, passage and preparation of lentivirus vectors to ensure that lentivirus production meets the needs of R & D process development;

3. Responsible for the development of molecular biology analysis methods for plasmid products and lentivirus products, and part of the methodology validation;

4. Able to report and discover the abnormal situations encountered in the experiment in time, participate in the cause analysis and put forward their own solutions;

5. Be able to sort out and summarize the experimental results in time, understand and track the research progress related to the application of new cell therapy drugs, assist the company in applying for research and development projects, and provide feasible suggestions for the company.

 

Requirements:

1. Master degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, virology and other related majors, with biopharmaceutical enterprise research and development experience is preferred;

2. Proficient in molecular biology and cell culture experimental skills, able to independently complete and accurately analyze and record experimental results;

3. Have a profound theoretical foundation in biochemistry and molecular biology, have strong literature retrieval and English reading ability, and be able to design experimental programs independently;

4. Willing to communicate, practical and dedicated, with good communication and team cooperation ability.
