Job Description:
1. Master T cell isolation, lentivirus transfection, CAR-T cell culture, cryopreservation, recovery, CAR-T cell detection;
2. Familiar with GMP management standard of pharmaceutical enterprises;
3. Familiar with CAR-T cell culture process related technical principles;
4. Be familiar with the use of relevant laboratory instruments and equipment, do a good job in the maintenance of instruments and equipment, and fill in the records of equipment use;
5. Regularly check and organize the experimental records, do a good job in the integrity of the experiment;
6. Actively maintain the relationship between the CAR-T production workshop and other departments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in cell biology, immunology, etc., has been engaged in CAR-T and other immune cell work is preferred, GMP laboratory research experience is preferred;
2. Have independent thinking, the courage to innovate and the ability to solve problems, team work spirit, work hard, have a strong sense of responsibility.
