Responsibilities:
1. According to the requirements of the project, consult relevant documents, write experimental plans and implement experiments;
2. Complete the pilot test and quality research of CAR-T cell products, including the optimization of lentivirus transduction, CAR-T cell culture conditions, the development of CAR-T cell quality control analysis methods and the writing of verification schemes;
3. Responsible for the writing of experimental records and experimental reports.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above in cell biology, immunology or biology related major;
2. At least 1 year experience in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, etc., familiar with the use of Flowjo software;
3. Have strong literature retrieval ability and English literature reading ability, can independently design experimental scheme, think and solve the problems in the experiment;
4. Work actively, rigorous and serious, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, have good team cooperation ability.
